Make Your Websites More Appealing!
I love waking up every morning and checking my LinkedIn site.. because it's pink!! (OK not the only reason, but it helps!).
The standard blue is so blahhh. Personalize your sites and make them attractive to you, that way you will want to spend more time on them. Also, if you personalize your pages for the public, it will draw people to stay longer and look around...

Social Networking for Businesses
I've been doing some research on how social networking can help realtors improve their business. Since I have worked in a real estate office - Coldwell Banker, going on 7 years now, I am always looking for ways that I can improve the business of agents there. More business for the agents leads to more business for myself! Its a win-win situation.
I have been social networking since my first year of college. Back in the days when facebook was for college students only. That was over 5 years ago now! Since then I have learned all the ins and out of facebook and other social networks. I have been able to update my pages, stay up with the ever-changing formats of facebook and twitter and learn how to keep my private information inaccessible from the public and how to share important information with my online "friends."
With my knowledge of social networking, my history and background as a realtor's assistant, together with the desire to work from home with the newest addition to my family, social networking for agents who don't have the time or patience to deal with yet another new form of marketing seems like the perfect way for me to spend my hours while my baby boy is napping!
